I’ve tried many times to get into it, but it hardly lasts a day or two.

But I like these prompts. I’m a huge fan of the controllable vs uncontrollable events. If you focus on what you can control, your stress goes down so much!

Thanks for the blog, I’ll have to put in the effort to journal more this coming year.
