Might topical magnesium be easier on the kidneys than ingesting a pill form? My kidney levels are a little off so I’ve been afraid to continue my magnesium supplements which I desperately miss

I’ve been using the Ease magnesium product and it’s great! I get cramps/spasms on both of my legs when I wake up in the mornings and I wanted to know if it was a deficiency so I tried it. I can tell you that it works and doesn’t cause the itching that most magnesium sprays cause. I wanted to start using the MP. I’ll be purchasing that one and I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for all that you do.

Hey Katie! I’m double checking something. Your kink for the magnesium is the Ancient Minerals brand, but in another post about your favorite supplements, your link goes to the Activation Ease brand. Do you like them both equally? One is half the price of the other so that’s why I’m asking.

Why do the magnesium links no longer go to Ease Magnesium spray? I used it based upon your recommendation but now it seems as if you are not promoting it anymore. Is there an issue with it? I wanted to confirm that it was safe to use during pregnancy. Thank you.

In reply to Odessa. I agree about their website, there are many things I would do differently if I owned it, but that aside, the product is fantastic and is what I personally use and recommend, because of the quality of their magnesium, not because of their website.

Good Day. I went to the links in your post/email to order the supplements (Transdermal Magnesium Chloride and
Marine Phytoplankton) because the promise of better health always interest me. I am willing to try different things in hope of better health. It is really irritating when you get to a website and feel like you are being overwhelmed with advertisement and offers for other products and it takes forever to order just the items you’d like. It also begins to feel like a scam. I am new to your website but enjoy the information so far. I think a little caution about some of the recommendations may be prudent. Thanks for considering.
